Well, stupid me misplaces one bolt for the bumper… The dealership price is $10 Pop over to Edmonton Nut & Bolt on Argyll, and it’s gratis. Additionally, the dealership didn’t even have the part in stock!

This weekend I got the new winch installed. Was a fair bit of work – involved removing the bumper, drilling and modding the frame ends to get the winch plate mounted, modding my grill insert, modding the stock bumper to accomodate the winch plate and fairlead.

I’ve been looking into netting options for the JK – not a huge number available, but certainly enough variety. I’ve even been considering making my own! From a few posts on different forums, there is certainly a significant amount of work that goes into the netting, so I believe there’s definitely an economy of scale
